UPS sucks

thier delivery window only lasts till 7 pm. It's frickin 9pm and my package hasn't arrived yet!

1. IIRC, the delivery window is essentially thrown 'out the window'

during the holidays. I do know that the drivers keep delivering until the truck is empty, so keep the faith!

edit: you're a Giants fan? I have a bunch of stuff from the Packers - Giants NFC Championship game. I was there, but being a Packers fan I didn't like the outcome.

My son. The ULTIMATE Giants fan. My brother got him an autographed football signed by Tiki Barber and although he denies it, I think he sleeps with it.

6. They're better than FedEx.

When I called UPS because my income tax return from my accountant went to the wrong address, the dispatcher contacted the driver and I ended up meeting the truck and getting my delivery in the middle of Philadelphia. They couldn't have been nicer.

FedEx couldn't care less if they screw up.

I've already ranted about this in the computer forum, so I won't go on endlessly about it.

Suffice to say, I'm STILL waiting for my damn monitor they broke when they delivered it to me and dealing with an old, unfocused CRT that makes my eyes wobble and my head contort inward on itself.
