And it's not because I'm not sympathetic. Quite the opposite... I'll start crying at work and then I won't be able to get anything done. The problem is, when I go out of my way to avoid them, I feel guilty for not lending a nice word. I love animals and people who love animals. I just can't take it at work.

Although that comment made me look up to the shelf RIGHT ABOVE MY HEAD where 15 or so flight intercept traps are outgassing cyanide vapors 24/7. I really wonder about my liver sometimes.
