Veggie Burgers. Has anybody made them? Mine tonight were edible

but a little soft on the inside. Next time I think I'll try adding some tvp for more texture, but do you guys have any suggestions? What's weird is, my kids LOVED them. Juergen ate three.

1. don't know if you feel like experimenting with this.....

but years ago, I used to make some that had crushed pecans in them -- nice texture without the tvp.....
