I think the big fight for best actor is going to be Sean Penn vs. Mickey Rourke. I also think that Kevin Dillon of "Entourage" was overlooked again. Jeremy Piven is good but Dillon brings patheticness to a character like you've never seen before. I think he deserves a nod way more than Piven.
Winners to be announced on Sunday, January 11th.

1. I haven't seen hardly any of the movies. |
|
Super excited to see True Blood on the list. Of course it is against House which I also love!!
The rest of the actors always seem to be nominated. Meryl STreep is the queen!

3. I have heard wonderful things about Slumdog Millionaire |
|
I don't go to the movies because w/ my RLS I have a hard time sitting still long enough to watch a movie.
But what I've heard about Slumdog Millionaire is that it's simply wonderful.

5. Bought the Dark Knight last night and watched it again |
|
Heath Ledger has to win. Every scene he's in is powerful in some way. It's a shame that he only qualifies for supporting actor, and not best actor.
