1. What does "Lip up fatty" mean?

I watched a youtube clip... that guy cracks me up. He reminds me of the guy that was on The Young Ones sometimes. :D

2. Lip up, I think, means like 'toughen up'

But to be honest, I don't really know. Half of their songs make reference to being overweight. It might have something to do with weed but it's not very clear. Great sing along song, though.

Old Reggae tunes are similar in some fashion. They revere being a few pounds too heavy in some circumstance.

The first time I saw Bad Manners, Buster came out dressed like Fred Flinstone. It's strange how they do a weird balance between over the top vaudeville and skinhead/punk idealism.
