How are you today? I am finally back home after having lost power on Thursday night in the ice storm. The last reading I took in the house was 42. That was yesterday afternoon and the power had just been restored. I decided to stick with my decision to stay at a friend's house because it was going to take some time to heat this beast back up and I was sooooo sick.

The soldier gave him up and it's been at least a couple of years. But the kitty is very fortunate, since he found a very good home with someone else who dotes on him. I sent her this thread, warning her that that pic would probably make her cry. ;(

And, yes, she is a gem, has helped me out when I've been in trouble, especially recently. It's far from over, but it's comforting to know that there's somebody in my corner... :pals:

And I was thinking that Cali might have looked like this as a kitten. This weekend Animal Planet had a program on which told about different breeds of cats, as they do for dogs. The things I remember about the Ragdoll (didn't see the whole thing) was that they're good with children, need a lot of grooming and grow to be pretty large... :D
