Although the result wasn't entirely unexpected. The Vegas line on that game was Florida by 10 1/2. A line like that implies that a total blowout is predicted. 'Bama put up a great game until well into the 4th quarter, and it was no blowout.

When you look at where they were last season, it was a great year. What I think is most impressive is that they stayed in that #1 spot all those weeks without a single player even on the Heisman radar. That's great teamwork and great coaching.

I was thinking they might pull it off for most of the game, so it was a real blow when it didn't work out. Mrs. Av8rdave & I had another couple over to watch it with us. The girlfriend went to Florida, so it made for an interesting game watching party. In spite of the outcome, a good time was had by all.

How is the college app process going? Does it look like you'll be cheering from the stands in Tuscaloosa next season?

florida got away with some major holding the entire game.. and our defensive calling in the last quarter lost us the game. x(



don't get me wrong.. i love 'bama football.. but i'm hoping to get out of the south via college. :rofl:

i've finished up all my apps with the exception of two that aren't due for another month. hopefully i'll have them turned in soon though.

then again, most women i know what were pregnant had rough pregnancies. my mom was pregnant with twins in her last pregnancy with my little sisters awhile ago... she was on bed rest for the last few months.

76. It wasn't that bad for her, I don't think.

I took good care of her. Backrubs, massages, etc. She had to get used to sleeping on her back, though.

She was (and still is) fairly plump, so she didn't really gain any weight during her pregnancy. She basically converted her existing body mass into a baby! :-)


We were on the bank of the Missouri River. It was about 30 feet below normal, so where we were was usually deep underwater.
