What's for Dinner, DU?
It's Linguine Carbonara time again....Yummmmm. :9

Well, it will be later tonight. :D

Now I can gain back the 8 pounds I lost last week:

* 1lb linguine pasta
* 4 eggs
* 1 pound bacon or pancetta
* 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
* 8-12 cloves of garlic
* 1 large onion
* 1 cup chicken stock
* 1 cup white wine (or substitute another cup of stock)
* 1/2 stick of butter
* 1 handful of parsley
* 1-2 tablespoons black pepper

:rofl:

How about y'all? :hi:

8. Chunky Chicken Corn Chowder soup
It handles hot sauce very well. Plus, I'm brain fried (not that I cook much at all these days anyway :eyes: )
