Nice video, but I LOVE your Arnold bumper sticker. And to think Conan used to be one of my favorite movies.

I will do my penance now

8. My friend said that the scary teeth part was added
I certainly hope so. You're right. There would be no need for sound. Cats are silent predators.

10. My Rhiannon did not bite, though occasionally chewed on my
fingers when I was typing on the computer keyboard and not petting her. She did, however, poke me with her paw, if I was not paying enough attention to her.

BTW, I love your sig line, if I haven't mentioned it before.:-)

13. Sara , Sammy, Marvin, SweetiePie, & ChinnyChin's Mom still hates us, too
Edited on Wed Aug-13-03 04:22 AM by SoCalDem
She "allows" us to feed and shelter her outside, but after her spay surgery healed and we had "confined" her for almost a month in a nice cozy room, I finally had to open the window and let her go back out.. She did nothing but hide under the bed and hiss at me when I went in to change her litter or feed her.. It's damned sad, because outdoorsies have a tough life..:( But with 9 inside to care for, I did not see any reason to keep her "in jail" when it was obvious that she was never going to "come around ":(

14. I brought my cat inside a year-and-a-half ago
I know that she went through hell outside on her own. She likes to sit in the window, but has never expressed any desire to go back out into the dangers or unpredictable weather. I sent for articles from Alley Cat Allies, which were helpful. The woman I spoke to there said it took her four years to get her rescued feral cat to trust her. I think we both must be patient. I also tried Rescue Remedy in her water and Feliway, which I was told might help, but have not. I'm just grateful that I was finally able to bring her in and she is finally safe. IMHO, it is just too dangerous out there for a kitty. Apparently, mine agrees, though I still cannot pet her. I wish yours agreed, as well.:-(
