I wish I could learn to hate coffee

1. That is a LOT of coffee.

Do you put lots of sugar in it? That is probably as bad as the caffeine.
Maybe if you kind of fool yourself, and use a smaller pot???

It is more of a seasonal thing for me. I love coffee in the cold.

6. In the hot weather I just switch to iced coffee.

But I do not think I have ever finished 2 pots in one day.

Usually I can drink espresso at 9PM and sleep like a log. But to drink 2 pots in one day, I think I would be up all night having to pee it all out.
