Holly's Kitchen in West Carrollton, Ohio

Holly's Kitchen is a little, locally-owned restaurant known for their coffee and biscuits and gravy. Their specialty is breakfast, but they also serve home-cooked lunches and dinners, and you can get anything on the menu any time of day. They are open 24/7.

When I was a youngster the place was known as Vera's and then became Holly's. I'm thinking that was due to a change in ownership, but I'm not sure. I was in Holly's recently and spoke to an elderly woman who was one of the owners, and apparently Holly herself. She said she was retiring and the place was being sold to her daughter. I asked her if anything else would change and she said things will continue to be done as they always have been.

I met a date there for coffee and pie (their blueberry and pumpkin pies are awesome!) a couple of weeks back. If things work out, it would be really cool to be able to say that we met at Holly's. :)
