Anyone else going to be home alone on Xmas? |
My mom and dad called tonight to tell me not to risk driving the long haul to their house due to the continuing bad weather, bad roads, and my panic about both. So the cats and I will be kicking around the house on our own on Thursday. Just wondering if there are others who will be in a similar position and what you will be doing to celebrate or not.

2. It actually works out well for me, too |
Gives me an opportunity to get caught up on a bunch of maintenance and upgrades that I would ordinarily have to do in the middle of the night. If that all works out, I get the rest of the weekend off. Good times.

But no. I couldn't bring myself to subtract myself from the holiday season. I did bitch and moan about it all year, though. Next year I'm out, for sure.

10. I'll be flying to Mexico Christmas Eve and back to Atlanta Christmas Day, so... |
Christmas evening will be spent kicking around a hotel room by myself. Goes with the territory.
