Dog question; Is it cruel or acceptable to pet your dog in "that spot"?
You know the spot, the place that makes their leg start twitching? Is it that they like it or do you think they are bothered by it? Yes, I have some real deep concerns lately as you can see...........

1. Just scratching an itch.
That's the leg twitching, a reaction to you finding that "itchy" spot.

4. I will have to target my petting from now on!
I always thought it was funny when that leg started moving in reaction. I even tried it on my guys when they were newborn pups (eyes still closed) and they would react like that. Just thought I would make sure I wasn't being cruel.

2. You're doing them a favor to scratch the "go spot," as we call it.
It's just an itchy spot that they can't reach well, so when you scratch the itch, their leg reacts automatically as if they were scratching it themselves.

5. "Milking the dog" I LMAO at that episode.
Although I am 45 years old I LOVE southpark. My favorite show as a matter of fact.

6. There are times I'll LMAO at it too
Early season 5 was the best (the one with Butters)

Their Simpsons parody was great as well; though interspersed with the death of that teacher and the nameplay on 'seamen' had to be so OTT in order to compensate for the universal appear of the clean Simpsons bashing... :D
