But, what the hell, I'm snowed in...

18. On a serious note, here is my New Years' Resolution...

One ounce of alcohol a day, no more, no less...

This is the hardest thing I will have to do, since I quit smoking 25 years ago...

Why do it?

Doctor's orders. For my hearth health, I should consume one ounce of alcohol per day.

The problem is I like it, and more than one drink per day is not healthy.

Once I've had that first drink, temptation sets in...

It would be easier for me to just quit outright; a simple yes-no decision.

Have you ever tried to have just one drink, and then stop?
