Its a requirement." That's the word being passed on by the New Orleans Police Department and it refers to New Year's Eve Celebrations in the city for tonight and tomorrow morning. What better way to ring in the New Year then by doing it Naked?

a couple of times in College but that was more then 30 years ago. No one wants to see me nekkid now. I doubt I'll be awake at midnight but we will enjoy the quarter between now and Mardi Gras in Early February. And by my observations, the NOLA cops are very discriminatory, nekkid guys get arrested in far greater numbers then nekkid gals.
