Introducing Cheyenne. (pic)
We've been buddies for about five years now. She owns a client-turned-friend, so I see her occasionally. All I have to do is knock on the door and she's there, waiting for me with a chewy toy, a tennis ball, or her beloved Frisbee. She knows I'm there to play with HER, and believe me, nothing gets in the way of that. I walk in, and it's nonstop fetch for at least an hour.

I'd take her home with me in a heartbeat- in fact, it's been arranged that if my friend can't take care of her for any reason she WILL come to me.

She's my GOOD girl.

1. What a pretty Border Collie
And they are ALWAYS ready for toys, especially tennis balls and frisbees.

3. Seriously -- they bring them in the house to play with
And pine cones. And ten-foot long branches!

4. I had a lab that would try to rip branches out of trees.
She could shred traffic cones too - in fact those were about the toughest toys - nothing else would survive more than a day.

5. Beag spent about 20 minutes trying to pull a 6' sapling out of the ground a few days ago

She failed.

Yesterday, Mick spent about an hour trying to get a stick that fell under a wooden pallet in the yard.

They are certainly OCD when they put their mind to something.

6. My dear Prisoner_Number_Six!
Cheyenne is a real cutie!

She looks like she's ready for at least an hour's romp!

And I think it's wonderful that you would get her if her owner couldn't keep her for whatever reason...

:hi:
