I got my first negative feedback on Amazon as a seller

:cry: My score of 100% went down to 88% overnight. I am a small time seller trying to make extra money to pay for training my new dog to be my next assistance dog (hearing/signal dog) after I lost my wonderful service dog named Shane a year ago due to drug adversary.

This guy ordered a book from me last October and then left me a neg feedback a day after Christmas. No email from him or anything or I would have refunded his money or something. That book came from my own collection and was in a very good condition. He claimed that .. "item in poor condition". He must have had a bad day and decided to bring out on me or just wanted a refund and keep it, too.

I think if people look at your lifetime they'll understand one cranky customer.

This is my feeling that he took it out on me. That book was by Cherio supposed to be an awful black magician "Numerology". I got it in 1980's and is now out of print. I was curious and read it as my passing fun thing. So I suppose this guy probably dabbled in it and got bad luck, blamed on me. LOL

My experience with them is as an author who had a book totally trashed by an insane family member. Not only did they quickly - within a day - sanitize the book's site, taking down her vulgar remarks, but they continued to take them off whenever I notified them that she was at it again.

Very nice people to deal with, so give them a holler.

about this. Was told by one of sellers that a buyer often mix up with other sellers, that he could meant another seller. I will email this buyer and find out. Hopefully I am the "wrong" seller.
