When did Google, um, leap the piscine predator?

I'm getting a lot more loosey goosey search results lately, as if they're guessing what I mean rather than searching what I typed. For example, my screenname. Most of my posts were years ago, and the archives aren't even DU searchable that far back, so frequently I search myself on Google. Up through a few weeks ago, if I searched undisclosedlocation I got me and a certain number of other non-clever people who chose the same handle on other sites. These days, though, untold hits about Cheney's undisclosed location cascade my way unless I put myself in quotation marks. Similarly, I searched creationist veterinarian (you may recall that I fired my creationist veterinarian not long ago) and got a great many creation type results. Is it just me, or are they getting a lot more vague than they used to be?

2. I've noticed it too.

I'll be searching for something obscure and specific. I get a lot of results for a similar word or phrase that is more common, but isn't what I'm looking for. I notice it happening more often and it's annoying.
