Well, well, well. My new puppy just earned his keep for the night.
He was relaxing by the door with a chewy toy, when suddenly he got up and told me he needed to go outside. Badly.

I slipped on my shoes and put his leash on, and out we went- to see an unseemly gentleman scoping out the doors in my breezeway. He took a single look at my hero, turned and skulked away. I decided to make sure he knew where the property line was, but he was already there and crossing the road.

Now he knows I have a guard dog on duty. I'll bet it's a while before he checks MY breezeway out again!

Good boy. GOOD boy. Have another chewy toy!

1. My dear Prisoner_Number_Six!
A very good, very smart puppy!

Just like his owner...;-)

Well, except for the puppy part, of course!

Did you get my voicemail?

I was singularly upset!

He loves almost everyone, but not when he is in the house and doesn't know who you are.

Our ferocious beast:

and has a roof over it.

A breezeway is an architectural feature similar to a hallway that allows the passage of a breeze between structures to accommodate high winds, allow aeration, or provide aesthetic design variation. Often a breezeway is a simple roof connecting two structures; sometimes it can be much more like a tunnel.
