IRS website

I just tried to log on to the IRS website to see when e-filing begins. I got this

ERROR
Access Denied

I'm at home using my regular cable internet. What the heck does that mean?

that was bizarre. I think somethings wrong will all those tubes in the internets.

then it resolves. Wacky! Kinda scares ya a little...
