2. WXPN is a great station
I miss listening to it now that I don't live in Philly. Radio in Los Angeles pretty much sucks.

3. True, and their list is a bit better than the RS one
Glad they mentioned "Supernatural Superserious" - that should have been big for R.E.M.

4. Not one of those songs were played on my show
Obviously, WXPN is not a good place to find underground hip-hop, jazz or electronica

8. Jeez, kids today, what with their fire and their wheel!
:P

Good to see Franti on the list. He makes good music, and he's an upstanding person to boot.

As for the rest...who are these people? Can you tell I haven't listened to the radio in about 2 decades? :)

Between the music and the dj's I see no reason to listen to it instead of just playing what I want from my own collection.

9. No Beyonce!? This list is CRAP!
Seriously, not bad, but not honest, either. It's based on being not the Rolling Stone list, not on an honest assessment. Three by Coldplay? Snow Patrol? And the Black Keys and the Raconteurs are near the bottom?

Still, good list to pick up some tips from.
