6. Thursday nights were always the worst for me...

I used to work out with a friend on Mondays and Thursdays. Brutal, puke inducing Nautilus work outs. Then, we used to go out and "negate the workout". Fridays were terrible. Used to spend most Friday nights going to bed at 7 PM.

i thought after the checking of the how much fiber is in my ceral fiasco and almost break down at the supermarket i'd come to terms with being over 40.

Yes, checking the fiber content on the boxes and all of a sudden "Since when did i start caring about that. OMG this is how you get old, no one tells you this!!"
