I just had a customer who did not know what a colon is. (Punctuation, not body part.)

3. I told her to type a colon after HTTP and she aked me to spell it.

Then I spent a minute or two explaining it and trying to help her find it on her keyboard. "There's a key with three vertical dots and another symbol on it."
