17. Tommy Lee Jones for The Fugitive, unfortunately
I just watched Schindler's List for the fourth time last night. It is stunning that neither he nor Liam Neeson got squat for it.

5. He deserves an oscar for ever single role he's played
Edited on Sun Jan-11-09 09:30 PM by lunatica
He is totally convincing in every role, from the epitome of evil as Lord Voldermort

To the exquisite lover in The End of The Affair

To his disturbingly unstable role in Schindler's List

12. he should have won for Schindler's list and i think he was brilliant in Quiz Show.
so was John Turturro, he's another actor that gets overlooked.

15. Turturro's Biggest Problem
Edited on Sun Jan-11-09 09:54 PM by Crisco
Is that he always seems to play unlikeable characters. So unlikeable you'd like to kick the crap out of them.

And yes, he's very good at it.

his speech pattern on Ricky Gervais. :) He was terrific in it and Colin Farrell blew me away. :)

In Bruges was a perfect movie.

21. I just found out he did the voice for Ramses in The Prince of Egypt...
I totally didn't recognize him. And I'm normally damn good at picking out voices. He's such a good actor.

Heh... now that I'm looking at the IMDB page for it, I just noticed that Donnie McClurkin did one of the songs... go fig.

He doesn't have a huge role in it, not at the beginning anyways. But, yes, he's good.
