I am in the midst of an overwhelming pepper fetish.
Edited on Mon Jan-12-09 01:04 PM by LaraMN
Peppercorn, not the vegetable type, that is.

I bought some Triscuit cracked pepper and olive oil crackers, and now I've become utterly obsessed with pepper.
I've found myself looking around my house for foods that I can make that would be apt vessels for more pepper.

Of all the weird food jags I've had, this is one of the oddest.

1. I did the same thing with sea salt recently...
then I caught myself grinding some on top of a brownie and thought "this has got to stop". Although, yours is much healthier....

*wondering how freshly ground pepper would taste on a brownie* :P

4. I think when you start putting it on dessert items,
you have moved from obsession to mental illness.

13. I'm pretty sure this is the logic behind chocolate-covered pretzels,
which I happen to like, and probably things like chocolate-covered bacon, as well. I'm not sure how I feel about that one.

Been there, done that
If you haven't tried the Fire Roasted Tomato, do it.

I recommend Blue Cheese crumbles and a spicy red with those.
