I always use headphones on my land phone. I'm thinking of getting rid of the land phone and getting a cell.

1. A lot of them have an earplug jack kind of thing |
|
mine lets you plug in a little earplug with a microphone about a food down the cord... pretty inexpensive
I think both-ear headphones might be dangerous while driving as they might isolate you too much

One part connects to my phone and I can just plug my headphones into it. It has a clamp that grips to my shirt so that the mouth piece (which is GOOD) is close to my mouth.

3. Use a Bluetooth doodad. |

It's one of those things that hang on your ear that you may have seen people wearing. You can make it talk to your cellfone.
(I use "fone" in honor of MAD magazine and Don Martin's "fonebone").
