1. My cats only sleep, eat and cuddle.
I suppose they think of that as a hard working life. :P

Silver is persistently pawing at me to get my attention to tell me it's time for more cuddles. :)

3. Cats keep mac nuts away from rats
Macadamia nuts are not picked. The only way you can tell if they're ripe is when they fall off the tree. Then you go around and pick them up -- if our renowned gourmet rats don't get them first!

...The trees here are all maintained naturally without any pesticides. Cats are used to prowl the grounds to keep the rodent population from attacking the macadamia nuts.

6. I housesat for a cat that liked to push bottons down the staris. A whole bottle of buttons
would be poured at the top of the wooden stairs and then she would follow one down the steps and go back upstairs and push the next one down. Kept her entertained for hours.
