1. I Voted Yes, But Keep Lucas Away
I'd love for another creative team to take a crack at making three more Star Wars. I found the prequels disappointing, but I still want more Star Wars.

9. I have the books, comics and video games.
That's good enough for me. Just keep pumping those out!

3. Yes, as long as Lucas does not direct. Peter Jackson maybe.
He did a kick-ass job on the RINGS trilogy.

4. Lucas can put his name on it, but he can't have any control whatsoever.
I don't think that would ever happen unless there's a studio out there with more money and power than Lucas, so this is likely a pipedream...

and the painful death of Jar Jar Binks.

8. Yeah, I dunno.
After Empire, Lucas pretty much pissed the franchise down his leg.

11. Only if they are based on Timothy Zahn's Thrawn trilogy.

Which, given the actors' ages, is next-to-impossible without a new cast.

12. I'd love for them to do the Thrawn Trilogy as well
It doesn't necessarily need to be re-cast, however, unless they insist that it has to be live-action. I would be more than happy with movies being done in a "Clone Wars" CGI-style in which case the original actors and actresses could simply voice their respective characters and would not have to worry about their physical appearance and/or (declining) athletic abilities.

Heck, I wouldn't really even care if they DO recast some of the voices given that most of them probably wouldn't be interested anyway. I believe that Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher have largely eschewed their roles in the Star Wars movies (OT) and probably would never return to the franchise. Mark Hamill and Anthony Daniels would probably be the only major ones to reprise their voices since they both reprised their roles for two out of the three NPR Star Wars Radio Dramas ("A New Hope" & "The Empire Strikes Back") and Daniels is continuing to do C3-PO in the current "Clone Wars" series. Hamill is also a frequent voice actor for several different cartoon series (most notably, the original animated Batman series). Billy Dee Williams might also be willing to reprise his role as Lando Calrissian again seeing as how he also did Lando for NPR's Radio Drama for "The Empire Strikes Back" and the "Dark Empire" Radio Dramas. He also recently did a Star Wars-inspired mock "political ad" last year as Lando. If they did it, it would be interesting who they might find to voice Thrawn and C'Baoth. Ian McKellan would probably make for a good Joruus C'Baoth.

If none of the original actors and actresses are interested they could always try to get the people who did the voices for the "Dark Empire" Radio Dramas. They were pretty good and resembled the original cast pretty well, at least as well as the people doing "Clone Wars" are doing for the original actors and actresses in the PT. Come to think of it, the "Dark Empire" stories would be another good EU series to adapt and would also be a good excuse to get Ian McDiarmid back as Emperor Palpatine.
