I've got my 3 mo. old daughter on my lap and I'm just watching TV. They were showing "The Song Remains the Same" on VH1C, that old rockumentary of a Led Zeppelin tour. I stopped to amuse at how this was totally the inspiration for "This is Spinal Tap." It could have been stock footage.

Anyway, they cut to a music number, and Jimmy Page is absolutely fucking shredding this monstrous guitar solo. And my girl turns her head to give laser-like attention to the TV. She sticks out her left arm, puts her right hand to her stomach, and starts twiddling her fingers in response to the music.

So I haven't consulted with my priest yet, but I'm pretty sure my infant daughter is the living reincarnation of Jimmy Page. I know Jimmy Page isn't technically dead yet. But I assume that he dropped so much acid back in the day that it probably isn't technically important.
