What is flame baiting ?

1. Since flames are angry comments, flamebaiting would be posting something for the purpose

of getting angry comments.

For instance, if I walked into GD-P during the primaries and said, "Your candidate is a horrible slimeball who is willing to suck anyone's dick to win, and my candidate is as clean as the bottom of a jug of Clorox. Anyone who supports your candidate is a horrible person and deserves to be gnawed upon by rabid weasels.", that would be an obvious flamebait.

"Locking no mod available". If a thread or discussion is locked will it display a notice that it has been locked ?

Also at the upper right hand side it says "This topic is locked"

Also, a lock icon appears for that thread on the forum page.
