About guacamole
I wish they'd replace the onions with bacon. I hate raw onions but love bacon as much as Homer Simpson.

2. I grew up with guacamole
and I don't think I ever had any version that had meat in it, and I've eaten at a lot of different Tex-Mex and Mex-Mex restaurants ;)

It's easy to make, so knock yourself out and replace the onions with bacon.

I love onions, and always have plenty in my guac :9

3. There's onions in guac? You sure?
When I make it, it's avacadoes, salsa, lime, and salt, that's all. I guess there's onions in the salsa but not a ton.

Guac, bacon, and cheese make a fine topping for a burger together.

4. My favorite burger!
They kind of guac I bought today had onions. I won't buy it at that store again. I'm too damn lazy to make my own.

6. My home made guacamole contains
Avacado, garlic, lime juice and my own special salsa containing:

1 15 oz can of cooked tomatoes
1-2 garlic buds
1 TBS Tabasco Sauce
1 TBS white distilled vinegar
1 tsp salt

Tastes pretty good to me. YMMV.
