20 degrees or so at daybreak and I was looking forward to making some hot coffee. I first polished off the rest of the joint from the night before then poked my head out of the tent to see a grizzly walking through camp about 100 feet away. We made eye contact briefly but she didn't stop. I swear she nodded her head at me in what looked like a statement similar to, "I shall not maul you today, sir, for I am late for an appointment. It would be wise if you were gone when I get back".
