Business Engrish 101

On my way home from work tonight, I was flipping through the Japanese AM radio dial and came across a program in which some Japanese guy was giving an impromptu lesson in "business Engrish" to some college girls. Tonight's key word was "buzy", as in "buziness". Sometimes the meaning of "buzy" changes, depending on the context of the sentence.

For example,

"Manager is buzy-body and is very trouble".

In this case, the meaning of "buzy" is different from the meaning in the following sentence:

"Since work is finish, I want take you to buzy street"

Do you understand how the meanings are different? Can you translate these two "buziness Engrish" sentences?
