Yes I know - unhealthy, divisive and violent. To top things, it won't solve anything.

But there's a clinic nearby that always gets the Christian Terrorists protesting outside. I've always envisioned showing up with a baseball bat, and just knocking them down one by one.

1. It's okay to fantasize

Believe it or not, most of us do it about things we're not supposed to. All it takes a a little self restraint and discipline to not go overboard.

To answer your question, I've fantasized about showing up with a lot more than that.

my FIL's growing obsession with David Duke and the political cesspool.
He made her take him to some sort of "white nationalist" rally down south last year.
The man has a genius-level IQ. He abruptly decided that he doesn't like blacks, or jewish people, or you-name-it.
Maybe not a bat, but I'd like to smack him about the head and face with a flyswatter, at the very least.
I do not understand.

6. A few years ago, I had bypass surgery and never regained

most of my strength in my hands and arms, so bats are out.

7. Better to volunteer at the clinic.

I volunteered at one for 6 years. One full afternoon every week I'd be out there either escorting patients past the crazy folk, or engaging the crazy folk in deliberate heated religious debates to keep them too busy to notice the patients coming and going.
