I'd add Dubya's brother Jeb to the list. He was just a disgusting, disgusting man who I had the misfortune of having as governor of my state for eight years. What he did with the Anderson Columbia Cement Plant on the Ichetucknee River was criminal pay for play, and the fact he never was investigated, let alone impeached or prosecuted, gets me so angry.

Also Ken Starr, who I don't think can ever be topped in terms of prosecutorial misconduct. If you've ever read about what Susan McDougal had to go through--and I actually saw her talk about it--you'd know that Starr was a true disgrace to the legal and justice system and deserves to be on the other side of the law.
