1. Not surprising
The Catholic Church has actually been pretty savvy about using web-based communication. Of course, my diocese has a web site that could only be described as a jumbled wreck, but that's not Rome's fault.

2. Our diocese web page is similarly not-user friendly
and it uses such a tiny type face that it makes my eyes hurt
