6. I don't think he ever won an MVP though... |
|
This is a tough question. I would actually be more inclined to say Ron Jaworski but he did play in a SB didn't he?

I don't know how stringent your criteria are about the merger--I know he played after the merger, but I think his MVP award was from before the merger ...

19. I should have clarified that it should be "League MVP." There are a brazilian |

23. What the hell is going on here? |
|
Note that I have cheated (it was driving me nuts) and know of two QBs who qualify who haven't been mentioned, but:
Cunningham an MVP? (league MVP. Probowl MVP--who cares?) no..
Moon an MVP
no...
There are two league MVPs with no superbowl and more than one probowl not mentioned yet.
by my reckoning anyway.

27. They might, since they don't have any better trophies. |
|
Actually I think Moon was one of the top five QBs in NFL history, and might have had a couple of Super Bowls if Kevin Gilbride had ever learned to run an offense. I think the loudest I ever cheered while watching an Oilers game was when Buddy Ryan punched him.
