Anyone else NOT watching the Stupid...er...Super Bowl?

I haven't watched it in years. What a waste of time, in my opinion.

But it's usually a really shitty game. Plus I'm not a football fan-- but I am an Abe Vigoda fan.

I swore it off after the Seattle-Pittsburgh Super Bowl. Worst officiating I've ever seen in any game of any sport, and then the NFL came out and said it was officiated correctly. Sorry, Mr. Tagliabue, that's when you lost me for good. If any saps out there actually want to watch for commercials (knowing full well they'll all be available on the Internet on Monday), be my guest. The commercials are as boring as the game, and it never ceases to amaze me how these marketing geniuses have actually convinced millions of Americans to bounce up and down like little kids and say "Oh, BOY! COMMERCIALS, COMMERCIALS, COMMERCIALS!"

Besides, I have no favorite NFL team anyway (I do hate the Steelers, so I'll root for Arizona but won't watch). I'm a CFL fan (Alouettes), and Calgary stomped my boys in the Grey Cup this year.
