WTF is THIS?

I checked out my phone bill today, only to find a $14.95 charge from some company called ESBI for my residential e-mail! I use hotmail, have never paid a fee and won't start now! Anyone? :mad:

4. Because the phone company is getting a cut of the action

Lot's of companies sell goods and services which are billed via your phone bill. Most of these companies are legit, but legit or not your phone company gets a cut of the action. So they have little incentive to police their associates who have nefarious motives.
