Further, I doubt he would believe that we used to have a piping designer as narrow minded as he is that "milked" his way out of a job. That is, he did as little work as he could, made up excuses as to why he hadn't got anything done, wasn't very good at his job for quality, and finally got fired for it. Don't just "Reply All" either. "Mine" all the other addresses out of the body of the email (assuming there are others; I've gotten ones like that at work that must have contained another hundred email addresses from all the previous forwards) and send your reply to them, too. Invariably, there will be one or two that actually agree with you but were too intimidated or couldn't be bothered to reply in kind ;)
