A Conundrum with NeoOffice Calc...(excel like program)

Heres the problem.

In Column C, I have the prices of the equipment before taxes, added together in row 9, and then multiplied by 1.0715 for the sales tax amount of 7.15% here in Minneapolis in row 11.

In Column D, I have the prices of the equipment multiplied by 1.0715 and then added together in row 11.

the way I understand it, the two numbers in row 11, should be identical, but they are not, what am I missing?

Cell D7 is $600 in both columns, it is just an estimate of the cost of cables.

is an individual formula based on the C Column, the 600 is the same in both.
