literally because he never used the sarcasm emoticon. He used to make posts that would appear quite outrageous if they were to be taken seriously or literally. He was a major ally to the DU GBLT community and I appreciated it. I won't comment on his tombstoning though, because I know nothing about what lead to it and wasn't even aware it occurred until you mentioned it to me a few days ago. :hi:

He did push things pretty far in some of his posts and probably should fessed up to the absurdity in a few threads where people went off on him but he wasn't any more provocative than some others who still remain.

could appear to be over-the-top offensive. Once I figured out his schtick i found the responses to his posts by people who took him literally quite amusing. Like I mentioned upthread, he was a strong advocate/ally of the DU GLBT community.
