We recently read your post in the Lounge thread entitled "RIP 'Don't Tutch the But'," dated January 31, 2009. We appreciate your sentiment regarding Dr. Strange. He is, to use the contemporary vernacular, a badass rebel with the mofo mojo.

However, we also noticed that, in said post, you provided a link to a video by Dr. Strange. As a client of ours, all work produced by Dr. Strange (aka DuStrange, aka suenturtle, aka Pookiemuffin) is copyrighted, and aforementioned copyright resides with us. As such, your post violates that copyright.

We do not wish to engage in a protracted legal battle. However, we have noticed a great deal of copyright infringement in the DU Lounge. So we have decided to make an example out of you.

Instead of taking this to court, we propose the following fair and equitable settlement: you agree to cease and desist in your linkage to copyrighted Youtube videos, and send us a check for 5 kajillion dollars (Amercian). In return, we will agree to cash your check and cease all legal proceedings.
