They also have a General Tso's tofu, but I prefer the General Tso's tofu at the regular Chinese restaurant here.

Mock chicken that doesn't suck is almost always either seitan or a seitan-soy blend.

(A local chain, Vegan Plate, has excellent Tom Kuk Kai, and I've marvelled at the texture of the faux chicken.)

8. I hear that stuff is pretty good, but it's not vegan so I've never had it.
They use egg whites as a binder.
