I'm going to the clinic today for my weekly weigh-in and class. Looks like I'm down 14 pounds in three weeks. :)

5. BV, there was one a few days ago that was just great,

concerning a lot of us who need to lose some weight and who have had some success with doing so.
There seems to be no shortage of people here who object to anything and everything, so don't take it to heart.
