It's almost too late for this, but everyone gaze into your balls & let us know what else will happen this year...

I'm predicting:

1. The octuplets mom will go for one last ditch publicity shot by getting stuck in a habitrail adn eating one of her own children.
   
   
2. The MySpace vs Facebook rivalry will turn hot, escalating from cyber attacks to actual drive by shootings of one another's corporate headquarters.
   
   
3. An rapid increase in global warming, resulting in tomatoes becoming an endangered species. By December several equitorial nations will enter talks to form an OTEC cartel.
   
   
4. The Sham-Wow Guy will come out of the closet as both a gay man and a Republican... and immediately become the frontrunner to replace Michael Steele as the next RNC chairman.
   
   
5. Christian Bale will become a Buddhist. A very angry Buddhist.
   
   
6. Anticommunism will become the newest political fad, as the economy recovers and current 1930's nostalgia is replaced by 1950s nostalgia. Disney Studios will be rocked by scandal when it turns out three of the original Seven Dwarves were communists.

4. Dick Cheney will have another heart attack

I am amazed at how many people don't "get" Joe Biden. He's a classic Irish-American wiseass. There are thousands of guys with his sort of personality. Hell, when I go to my parents for dinner, there are at least four of us at the table.

Too many people out there look for reasons to be offended and have no sense of humor.

I ran into this last week. A local right wingnut was yammering about my having been treated for depression. I said that I would no more share medical information with him than share a needle with Courtney Love. Oh, lord. Why are you joking about heroin? Are you accusing him of using heroin? What does this mean?

1. Limbaugh will have a major on-air racist rant/meltdowm. It will be enough for three of his listeners to realize what a waste of gravity he is.

2. The "D" word will finally be used on a regular basis. As unemployment approaches 20%, the public will finally start seeing the Republicans for the obstructionists they are.

3. President Obama will address the nation on the economy, what needs to be done and why.

4. I'll figure out who the hell Christian Bale is.

1. The nation will see its first African-American president, Senator Barack Obama of Illinois, take office.

2. The Pittsburgh Steelers will defeat the Arizona Cardinals 27-23 to win the Super Bowl.

3. A U.S. Airways jet will make a splash landing in the Hudson River after striking a flock of birds. Miraculously, all 155 passengers and crew on the plane survive.

4. The economy will continue its decline, with companies such as Home Depot, Macy's and Panasonic laying off large numbers of employees.

5. Illinois Governor Rob Blagojevich will be impeached and removed from office for his "pay for play" dealings in attempting to sell off the vacant Illinois senate seat.

5. Rush Limbaugh will be an asshole and say stupid stuff out of his own nature.

Now sit back everybody. I'll take these predictions to the bank!

The Duggars will have to have one more baby - to keep the press on them and off the octuplet's mom.

Sarah Palin and Joe the Plumber will have shows on Faux News.

Dick Cheney will continue to warn of impending terrorist attacks. Pat Robertson will echo these.

There will be something negative in the media about the Clintons.
