4. My dogs don't seem to follow those rules.

some revisions:
1. When people enter the house, check to see who it is. If you can do this without getting up, that's fine.
4. Obedience is for others. People are always saying things you can safely ignore.
8. Be very careful about who can touch you and when. You can't let them think you're "easy".
10. On cold days, stay inside. It's pure insanity to go out there. If you see the person with the dog coats, you should avoid her. She will only put a coat on you and make you go out in the cold.
13. When you get scolded, just ignore it. (see #4)
14. Eat until all the food is gone. If you don't eat it now, the other dog will get it, and there will be less for you.

7. That reminds me of my favorite joke
