Is Elliott Smith 'emo' and if so, why does emo suck?
I love his stuff!

Sure, he was crazy - and his girlfriend probably did kill him

But his music, especially the stuff on Figure 8 and XO is amazing!

1. Emo means a lot of things to a lot of people.
It's mostly just a stupid marketing term though.

Figure 8 is one of my all time favourite albums. :thumbsup:
