Dutching up involves the running of text through an internet translator to another language and then back again. As the translators are pretty literal, the results are often wondrous new forms of language. The term isn't a slur on the Dutch, you can do it in a dozen languages, I just like the phrase, with it's 'double dutch' connotations.
