My favorite pizzeria just started selling frozen versions of their pizza

I was at first pretty skeptical because believe that frozen pizza is blasphemy. But I've been coming to this restaurant my whole life and the *only* thing they sell there is pizza, so I doubted that they would sell an inferior product. They were charging $5 for a 12 inch personal pizza so I figured what the hell.

This is how it turned out...


OMG YUM!!! It's not as good as the original but I don't own a 60 year old pizza oven, still you could taste the fresh tomatoes and the crust was extremely crispy...it may be the best frozen pizza ever!

2. That's how Trenton style pizza is made...

it's a bit different from NY style and closer to a traditional Neapolitan pizza. Very thin crispy crust and the emphasis is on the sauce rather than the cheese

I used to go there every so often when I was living in PA. Excellent pizza.
